Use a large and wide broth pan to make sweets and preserves, jams and other sweet recipes.

The large broth pans allow to fill with all the fruits you need to make approximately 10 – 20 jars of fruit jams preserve.

The broth pan shown in the video is a 10 liter broth pan and it was the largest pan I could find. It has a double thick bottom and works on induction stove too and all the usual gas or electric stoves.
