Toilet Not Filling Up With Water. Now the toilet is fixed.
Before fixing the toilet it was making a hissing noise and water was not coming out.
Very easy fix and cheap inexpensive to fix. Just need to replace a cheap part and that’s it.
2021 update
The diaphragm valve is called Siamp in the model shown in the video. Yours might be different.
If your toilet inlet is the same as shown this is the part you need:

The part is called Siamp membrane float valve or water Inlet valve diaphragm and it should be very cheap to buy in a local shop.
You need to take the old inlet valve diaphragm with you to the store because there are a few models and
you want to buy the same model as the old valve diaphragm.
Fixing the toilet
In America the valve is positioned on top and is a bit larger.
That’s why it’s very important to be sure you got the right replacement part.
