Bose QuietComfort 45 was announced by Bose since August 31 2021. What features, price and release date should you expect. The new Active Noise Cancelling headphones will replace the already well known Bose QuietComfort 35 II. Featuring improved ANC capabilities and a big plus, 24 hour battery live.

The QuietComfort 45 will be available starting September 23 2021 and it’s price will be starting from $329.95 they accept preorders for the headphones. You would want to preorder if you need them asap. but in general, preordering things is not a good habit so you might want to wait until the release date. It’s completely up to you.

The new QC-45 have two modes, quiet and aware. In quiet mode, the noise around you is lowered to a comfortable level. If you need to hear something or talk to someone, the aware mode will allow ambient noise to reach your ears so you can hear someone asking you something or announcements in an airport. You can make phone calls with the Bose QC 45 headphones and they have a voice isolation mode. Enhances talking.

The battery life lasting 24 hours is a big plus and the headphones come with USB-C charging port as expected nowdays. The battery reaches full charge in 2 hours and only 15 minutes for a quick charge that gives 3 hours of playback.

It remains to bee seen who wins in the Bose QuietComfort 45 vs Sony WH-1000XM4 battle for your hard earned cash. I’ve tried the Sony WH-1000XM4 and was impressed with the noise cancelling capabilities. They feld really comfortable and everything was quiet around but they sounded really boomy and the bass was way overpowering.

I know EQ would fix most of the bass problems on the Sonys but would buy the Bose Quiet Comfort 45 if they sound natural and pleasing while the ANC is working in full force.
