This repair is not perfect but it’s a cheap alternative to Replacing the whole display on your Samsung phone.
An original Samsung s23 ultra display is at least 250 EURO but it does come with the frame, new display replacement and new battery.

Replacement Parts

The Chinese new displays are not worth it as they have worth quality than the original Samsung display part.

There might be some good displays to buy used with minor defects but for me the display only shows a small area with some green pixels stuck because of the drop.
No lines or black areas.

Glue Existing Cheapest Option

I used the Saratoga Glass Super glue that’s UV activated. The glue dries in the sun so I had to let the phone sit in the sun for a few days. Even if it says minutes on the package, it needs a lot more time especially how I did it.

I cleaned the glass display and then also used a dust removal sticker to remove loose pieces of glass.
Then applied the glass glue and on top of the glue I placed a plastic foil from one of the old screen protectors I had around. It can be any plastic film like projector transparency sheets or anything that keeps its shape. Not a plastic bag haha.

I gently pressed the glue into the glass shards to fill the space between the glass and make it look transparent.
That worked really well with the squeegee and then just lightly pressing with my finger.

I tried to apply a screen protector on top but the screen protector I had was not good quality so I will leave that for later or use the phone more careful as it is. The glue left after removing and cutting is not so transparent but it can be polished as you see in the video.

Make it Better Conclusion

Overall the AMOLED under the glass is protected better with the glue and a hydrogel screen protector or even better an UV resin screen protector applied later will hide the cracks completely.
