Why Customize Your Home Screen?
- Make important info (like time) easier to see
- Create a layout that works for you
- Free up space by removing unused widgets
- Give your phone a fresh look
How to Make the Clock Bigger
- Long press the clock widget on your home screen
- When the menu appears, look for blue dots around the widget
- Drag these dots outward to make the clock bigger
- Release when you’re happy with the size
Tip: If you don’t see resize dots, try a different clock widget
How to Add New Widgets
- Long press any empty space on your home screen
- Tap Widgets from the menu
- Scroll to find the widget you want
- Press and hold the widget, then drag it to your home screen
- Adjust the size if needed
How to Remove Widgets
- Long press the widget you want to remove
- Drag it to Remove at the top of the screen
- Release to delete it
Note: This won’t uninstall the app, just remove its widget
Extra Customization Tips
- Try different clock styles in the Widgets menu
- Use Good Lock (from Galaxy Store) for more customization options
- Arrange widgets by dragging them to new spots
- Pinch your home screen to see all widgets at once
Troubleshooting
- If widgets won’t resize, check if your launcher supports it
- Some widgets have fixed sizes – try a different one if needed
- Restart your phone if widgets aren’t working properly
Now you can make your home screen work exactly how you want it! Play around with different layouts until you find one you love.
Remember: These steps may look slightly different depending on your Android version.
